Barrier-free, affordable housing

Our organization began its housing program in 1978 with the construction of Thunder Bay's first wheelchair accessible, barrier-free apartment complex. A model building of its time, 150 Castlegreen Drive not only provided twenty-four accessible and affordable units, it also provided 24-hour staff support to the tenants living in the building.
