You have a maximum of one week to the day to book your trip, otherwise you may try same day service only on the day of travel. The earlier you book, the better your chance of getting your trip, as there is no guarantee that your requested time will be available.

When booking, please have the following information available:
- Name and Hagi registration number
- The day you want to travel
- The address of where you want to be picked up and dropped off
- The time you wish to be picked up and returned (if it is a medical trip, please give the time of your appointment)
- If an assistant will be travelling with you. We are proud supporters of the P.A.L. Card!
Cancellations
If you find you need to cancel your trip, please call and cancel as soon as possible. A trip cancelled on short notice often cannot be offered to another passenger and becomes a lost opportunity for service.
A no-show fee of $6.00 will be charged if we go to your address and you do not travel. A cancellation fee of $3.00 will be charged if there is less than four hours notice of cancellation from the scheduled time of pick up.
24-Hour Message Centre
The message centre is to be used for cancellations only. Leave your name, dates and time of cancellation. Please call 345-0777.
Same Day Service
Same day service is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The cost is $6.00 per trip and trips cannot be pre-booked. Call dispatch to order same day service and they will give approximate arrival times.
